CFW Electric, LLC is actively looking for experienced tradespeople and motivated apprentices to join our team. Below are the types of roles we regularly hire for. Don't see your exact title? Apply anyway — we evaluate every qualified candidate.
Journeyman Electrician
We're looking for licensed Journeyman Electricians with experience in commercial, residential, or industrial environments. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, installing and maintaining electrical systems, ensuring NEC code compliance, and mentoring apprentices on site. Valid state journeyman license required. Experience with fire alarm, generators, or data comm systems is a plus.
Apprentice Electrician
Entry-level and second- or third-year apprentices are welcome to apply. You will work directly under a licensed journeyman or foreman, assist with wiring, conduit runs, panel work, and job site cleanup. Must be enrolled in or eligible for an apprenticeship program. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are the most important qualifications.
Project Foreman
Experienced foremen with a track record of running electrical crews on commercial or industrial job sites. Responsibilities include coordinating daily crew assignments, reviewing project scopes, communicating with GCs and site supervisors, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and reporting project status to CFW management. Must hold a journeyman or master license. 5+ years field experience preferred.
